Earlier Mayak lost the contracts for spent nuclear fuel reprocessing with Hungary and Finland, i.e. about $50m annual income. The price-tag for the contract with Bulgaria is classified. According to UralPolitRu, the average world price for one ton spent fuel reprocessing is from $500,000 to $1.5m.
